    I am trying to translate the theme to 2 language. I have problem with the first section slider and with the first menu item "Home".

    1. Slider is in the settings of the theme so I can not attach image for the other language.

    2. It is not regognize the home link of the the second language.

    1. try adding

       <key name="home_overlay_slider_slider">
                    <key name="1">
                           <key name="url"/>
                    </key>
                    <key name="2">
                            <key name="url"/>
                    </key>
                    <key name="3">
                             <key name="url"/>
                    </key>
                    <key name="4">
                             <key name="url"/>
                    </key>
                    <key name="5">
                             <key name="url"/>
                    </key>
        </key>

    under <key name="404_escape" /> in wpml-config.xml file 

    2. the url of the EN menu item is actually "#" you should specify the url to the english version of the site
