    Hello,

The editor of each item in the portfolio loads blank and does not allow editing or modifying the pages of the projects

I have installed the theme step by step and imported the files as the documentation indicates, so you can load the demo theme. Apparently everything is correct, all the pages of the demo website are shown, but when I enter the Portfolio option> Portfolio item, there is a list of the 7 projects that comes in the demo, and when I try to edit a project, it starts to load the editing page, some tools are shown for a few seconds and then everything is blank, without any tool that allows me to edit, apparently only happens in the "Portfolio" option.

Please I need to solve this problem.

    Thank you

Another detail that I noticed, is that in the "Pages" option, on the "About" page when I click on Edit, I do not load the editing tools and a completely blank page appears.

Also when I want to edit another page like "Stories", it loads me normally (I see the editing tools), but if I want to edit with the "WP Bakery Page Builder" tool, I get a message inside that editing tool, which " I have a blank page ready to start "when it should show me the elements that the demo page should have as in other payment issues.

    Hello Elias

if you have upgraded to WordPress 5.3 make sure you are running Grenada Gutenberg blocks 1.1

I attach it here for your convenience.

To upgrade simply remove the prev version of the plugin in Plugins section and the install the new version.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thanks for submitting the add-ons to replace. That problem has already been fixed.

    Now there is another inconvenience.

In the design for my client's website. The background color for all pages is white, only the Home page should have the light blue as the background color.

By default all the pages and portfolio items of the theme can change the background color from black to white, it does not allow to change to another custom color. To fix that detail, change the color to light blue from the homepage style editor (Split Slider). That problem was solved, but being on the web, on the home page and clicking on one of the options of the portfolio items, it effectively sends you to the page of that item, but the background color is still light blue and not white, although in each item of the portfolio, indicate that the background color is white. Only by updating the page of the entered item the color is changed to the assigned color (White).

The same goes for the design of the portfolio item pages. Both the design for the titles, the accordions and the side padding, first shows a design or configuration totally different from those assigned (the accordions are not shown as accordions, but as normal text), but once updating the page, the design will be It shows how it should be and the accordions work again. But when the portfolio item page is updated, and then we return to the home page, the background color of the home page is no longer light blue, but is black again

I do not know why this type of problem happens, apparently it only happens with the home page and the pages of the portfolio items.

Please I would appreciate your help in solving these problems.

    Thank you

    Hello Elias,

the main issue is that when you load pages via ajax the target content is loaded inside the original page container so it will keep the original background color. Disabling AJAX in theme options -> general settings is the solution in your case.

    Thank you.
