I really can't help you with that. I asked Wordpress staff to clean my account so I can install Wizzaro template again hoping that it would solve my problem. The installation process only asked me to activate plugins not where to put it or whatever. If you want you can try and reinstall wizzaro by yourself.
Right, if you are not able to see with FTP the file structure then it looks like there is a conflict between your wordpress .com hosting account and the plugins. We are ready to offer you a refund.
Just ask it through envato and quote this ticket# as a reference.

It's just that sometime there is a conflict between the current environment and the code in plugins that we cannot fix or realize what's going on without thorough debugging.
On the other hand we understand it's not your fault and we want to compensate you for the situation.
