I need your help to show me how to do couple of changes on my website.

I have attached screenshots

1 - Make fonts a little bigger and darker

2 - make home floating boxes clickable

3 - make service boxes cliackable and make service boxes always same height

3b - have a picture background in service boxes, but make the image fade when you hover over so we can see the text clearer (similar style like this site https://www.ledchina.com/zh-cn/)

I have purchased the theme before policy was changed.

I would really appreciate if you can help me out on this ticket. After this ticket, I would do the purchase.
