I apologise for the second posting. The first one posted as private but anyone might have the answer for this so re posting as a public question. 

 I would like the menu to appear at the base of the home page when a visitor first arrives at the site.

I selected the first header option as you suggested but that still did not make the menu appear on the home page. I did not see any extra options to make it do so either. 

What am I missing. 

Ok I have also now added the first theme demo and after spending a lot of time taking out duplicate pages (I still have more to go) I still see now option to make the menu appear on the home/landing page. 

Could you please post a clear set of steps here on how to make that happen?

I was not asking how to select a menu. I want the menu to appear on the home page, the same page I have the video on, is that possible.

I will remove the scroll arrow in the circle from the screen if I can have the menu appear like that.
