Is it possible to stop the page auto scrolling when the hero container is clicked, so nothing happens?

The reason is I'm using slider revolution with a scroll down below slider button in the hero container, but it will not scroll down because the action of clicking the hero container cancels this out.

Hi again - I have found a solution...

I found the following code:

#main {margin: 0; margin-top:110px;}

and changed the margin top to 0px, and then used Revolution slider in WPBakery on the page so it looks like a hero image going to the top of the page - changed the opacity of the header background color to be semi-transparent.
