I went through and changed the headers a bit today, (and got it looking really good!) so I decided to try it out on the iPad. The image attached is what it looks like on the iPad. When I scale my browser (Safari, Chrome) down, it looks totally fine. If any help can be provided, it will be GREATLY appreciated!

It looks like you were using the fullscreen video background in which case on mobile devices you will see a place holder image, hence the text which looks like it's not aligned properly.
You can change the placeholder image in /newave-theme/images/video-placeholder.jpg
