    I opened a private ticket #205029 approx. 17 hours back and kept waiting as other tickets kept on getting response - but not mine. I am now opening this second ticket as public. Where is the so much "praised" support? I am extremely disappointed!

    The reason why we responded to other tickets before yours is simply that we divide the tickets between team members.
