I would like to change position of the 3 dots menu to the center of the page

Hello again,

After analysing the website i have another suggestion/question that replaces the one i did before.

The same menu with the 3 dots icon ( that opens the categories " design " " webdesign " etc... ) is it possible to change it to " Portfolio " and to align it to right next to menus 

I want users to click on " Portfolio" and opens that menu.
