Hello,
I am new to envato. This morning i inquired about licensing and how the process would work once you buy a theme.I purchased a theme a few hours ago. after trying several times for over an hour. I tried uploading straight onto wordpress. I also tried doing in the the backend through c panel and it is still not working. It is giving me th error that the css is missing. How can i fix this issue. Please and thank you.

Hello Monica,

Plz verify the following things:

- that you bought the WordPress theme and not the HTML template

- that you install the theme archive and not the main archive (containing also demo data and documentation)

Hello,
I purchased the template ($18).
What’s the difference.
So I will not be able to use this as a theme on Wordpress ?

The HTML template that you bought does not work on WordPress platform.

okay understood,
The template is no use to me.
Could I get a refund for it I didn’t realize this was not the actual theme. I can not afford the actual them as of right now.

You can ask a refund for the HTML template quoting this ticket number as reference if you are within 14 days since the day you purchased it.
