Your theme is both nice and clean and a little frustrating to use as basic customization seems strangely out of reach. We are noticing that on our site there is a gap on the top of the page between the menu/portfolio items and the images representing these items. We'd like to add an image there; a header that will remain in place. What is the easiest way to do this, apart from using a plugin? I have reached out about this before and plugins recommended did not seem to work.
Update: I installed the Unique Headers plugin, and I added a header image for one of my portfolio pages, but it is not showing up. See attached images-clearly the image has been uploaded, but we are still experiencing an unnecessary blank section at the top.

I feel that I need to clarify a few things here. If you go to the home page on clapat.ticksy.com you will see among others a few things:
- Support is offered only for bugs and really small modifications(like a few lines of css or js)
and
- Support is offered Monday through Friday, please allow up to 24-72hrs for your ticket to get reviewed & responded to.
Custom which goes beyond few lines of CSS and js usually is done for a fee.
If you need a higher level of customization or you feel the theme does not satisfy your needs you can ask for a refund.
