We have an overlay for images in home section (parallax, video etc) which is defined as

.pattern {
    background: url(images/pattern.png) repeat;
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
}

so you just need to add class pattern in the div containing the image.

You add pattern in the Extra class name of the element being that the video or the row / column containing the video. I think that will work.
