okay thank you, can you please explain how to give wp access with full rights in more detail, im a bit confused, if i go to appearance i only have the options, themes, customise, widgets, menus, theme options, theme editor.

after i have given access (please explain how again) can you please remove the hero image, from the portfolio page and just make it a blank page which i can put a slideshow on.

That is now fixed, but the links from my portflio items to the individual pages are no longer working? the page just doesnt load, please help ASAP as this must be complete my tomorrow morning at 9 (GMT) i have sent the money
- use only our shortcodes (normal slider, carousel slider, image collage)
- use Grenada wp bakery child theme that initializes the basic WPBakery elements - but it does not guarantee the slider you are using will actually work
The elements from third party plugins that require js initialisation are not compatible with theme's ajax page transitions best is to avoid them, keeping simple and clean content built with our shortcodes, if possible.
Or you can disable ajax altogether and than any plugin will work in the normal way.
We can help you with this if you provide wp admin access with full rights using Appearance -> Editor
Basically we will add an option on/off hero image for portfolio pages, that's easy, we can do it free of charge.

Yes i will send the money today, but my website is now not loading? when i try to change items, it says internal server error.

now it is working but when it takes me to the page, the slideshow that i am using comes up all weird until i refresh

- disable AJAX in theme options
- use only our shortcodes (normal slider, carousel slider, image collage)
