Plz try the following two things:
- see if the images work okay if you disable AJAX in appearance -> theme options -> general options.
or
- use the child theme we provide in the main archive wpbakery_child to provide compatibility between ajax page transitions and WPBakery
should these fail, send us wp admin access in a private comment

How did you solve the problem as I have same problem with image grid and Icon..

Hey HJK, I just followed what was advised and it seemed to work fine for now!
No it is not working as when Im not refreshing particular de grids not appearing.. See enclosed before and after refreshing
