1. For some reason my YouTube Video doesn't fill the whole home section. Instead it has a black bar at the top and the bottom of the video like when you watch a widescreen hd movie on your tv it has the black bars top and bottom. Then I tried an other YouTube video and that one does not have the black bars top and bottom. The video fills the screen no matter what size your browser window is. Is this an issue with my video. What do I need to do to correct this?

It still shows the video in poor quality.
