Hello,

from the screenshot it looks like Wordpress.com does not like the two plugin archives included in the theme.

if that's the case:

- remove required_plugins folder from the theme 

- install the modified theme

- install the two plugins manually: satelite-functionality-plugin.zip and satelite-gutenberg-blocks.zip
