    I would like to ask for a refund if possible. The theme is not customisable with the things i want.

    If you are within 14 days since you purchased send a refund request. You must remove the theme from your site.

    I have sent a request for refund 8 days ago and still no reply. By that time i had purchased it for 2-3 days. 

    When will i receive an answer? Paying for the theme was really quick but when you ask for refund nobody seems to care really. Disappointed...

    Your refund has been approved. It takes couple of days to be processed, but that's not under our control.
