WPBakery came with the theme I purchased from you as a prerequisite. Hence I would assume that you are the correct addressee for issue with it, right?

Have you tried re-doing the galleries? Is it something else you can use instead? We can contact WPBakery on your behalf but we don't know how quick they are to respond. We do not fix their bugs, it's a third party plugin. Like Contact Form 7 for example.
Oh well, since the WPBakery came with your theme it d be only fair you guys fix this. The comparison with Contact Form 7 does not really work coz this is a third party plugin I v chosen 2 use myself but the backery had 2b activated 2 use with the grenada theme...
All I want is a functional website thats thats not give me problems every time there is an upgrade /update
So I am sending the ball to you again: 1) How can we fix this either by upgrading /updating /fixing (for free!) the WP Backery or what do you concretely suggest to use in order to make another gallery (?)

Ok I can see that, however I cannot determine why the WPBakery media grid does not appear.
I tried switching to the default theme (Twenty Nineteen) and the result is the same.
Probably one of the WPBakery glitches.

Yes, looks the owners of Ticksy have updated their certificate.
Just to clarify: the only issue you have is that after a WP update, the WPBakery Media Grid you added before does not work anymore. here:
