When you go to my website, the overall load time of the website is very slow. Secondly and the bigger of the two problems, my "stills" page won't load at all. Usually takes 5-8minute of me sitting and waiting till it finally and inconsistently loads.
I brought a developer on to help me along the way with this and he has told me that there is some sort of glitch with the theme that won't allow for a proper site to function properly.
With all the time wasted, money spent and frustration of delay for website publishing, I really want my money back. I cannot afford to put anymore time into this theme.

I think the whole issue revolves around big images.
For example the 'hero' image for the motion project item has 22Mb (!) That's a lot

In general you want to keep high res images under 1Mb - to optimize them for web
The standard we use is to have 1600px width for full-width images and 800px width for thumbnails
If you are using Adobe Photoshop, save images with 60% quality.

This is vague. Usually this kind of information is not very helpful to us. We are trying to improve the theme on a consistent basis.
We have 500+ buyers - no such glitch has been reported, we would fix it.
