1. as I am using the "mors identity" or the "Red hot pepperoni" Portfolio, the excecution after clicking the picture is really slow. It takes up to 1 - 3 seconds until the drop down page appears. Is there any way to improve this amount of time?
2. How do I implement more then one featured image inside the drop down menu from the portfolio "mors identity". I just have the option to import 1 picture. I would like to add more, as your samplepage shows me. Can you tell me where or how?

2. More Important =) Even if I set the featured pictures on 5 or 10 or 50. I cannot put more then one inside . I attached a screenshot. I just can set one featured image and replace it with another.
It achieves a 1-2 seconds load on Moors Identity for example (at least in my browser). It also has the images from the slider in it. Hopefully the speed will improve on your site if you implement the speeding techniques I mentioned.

you had to activate the Multiple thumbnails plugin.
Regarding team members section you missed an enclosing [/team_carousel]
