Please navigate from the Arturo Alvarez Lighting tile to the arturo alvarez portfolio page. You'll notice that there is a brochure image link in the middle of the text. This image link is broken.
yes it's ajax loading related. The whole issue revolves around two things:
- some inline WPBakery CSS styles are added by the plugin dynamically not as a static CSS. in this case you would add them as raw html in the target page
- some elements require extra js libraries that are not loaded by the home page (the ajax navigation starting point) In this case you just add a dummy element of that type in the showcase slider page to trigger enquing pf js librarie s required to render that specific element (in your case a dflip element - ?)
Hi,We love your theme but to be honest it's just not solving our needs. We don't want to have to code every evlement that we load and worry that a plugin doesn't work. I'm sorry to say that your theme just isn't flexible enough for us.
Can we get a refund please so that we can move on? I believe we are within our 14 days.
Sorry but Ajax is not for us.
It's a real shame because we've spent hours and hours trying to get this theme right for our client and it doesn't meet their needs.
But if you want to have AJAX transitions AND use all kind of elements from all kind of plugins, just like that - it's simply not possible and the theme is not for you.
We would also like to give a refund since we wasted too much time already with your tickets.
We've had a meeting since my comment and are looking for ways around the limitations of your theme and ajax. Will definately remove the theme if we can't get your theme to where it needs to be.
The general feeling though is the theme isn't constructed very well with regards to handling ajax etc. Hopefully you take our comments positively so that you design more flexible themes in future.
It's not about taking your comments negatively or positively. When you load something with AJAX, you load HTML content+CSS. If there is something that requires extra initialization in the target page you must do it after the target section loads, in the code. Since there are so many plugins out there, we cannot possibly know what every plugins needs in terms of js libraries and initialization code. Hope it makes sense.
What we are trying to determine is how Ajax is operating. What we have found today is the front page text block is not showing all the time.
Are these bugs or just ajax behaviour?
In reply to your comment, there must be an easier way of capturing site content and loading. How do NON-Coders cope with your ajax themes adding common plugins?
Isn't there an easier way to register plugin functionality during page load?
You just gave as a 2 star rating after we solved 9 tickets for you and explained AJAX functionality and provide solutions? Is it possible for you to understand that is not technically possible?
"We love your theme but to be honest it's just not solving our needs. We don't want to have to code every evlement that we load and worry that a plugin doesn't work. I'm sorry to say that your theme just isn't flexible enough for us.

But because we recommended a refund since you are not willing " to code every element" we got a 1 star rating. From 5.
Look, when you say fairness we laughed. You don't mention anywhere on themeforest that this theme may not work with wordpress plugins - especially ones that use Visual Composer which is the most common Wordpress plugin.
We are dispointed because we feel your developers have the ability to make your theme a lot more robust and flexible. But you chose not to take that path.
You have an opportunity here to make our client happy, and get a better star rating on themeforest which will drive more sales. We have no control over your developers and your lack of proactiveness, but I honestly feel you can raise your game and make better themes and more sales. Seems like the logical path to us.
Once again, AJAX loading does not work like a normal page does. That's why is possible to have seamless transitions between pages.
If you disable ajax loading you have no problems of this sort.
We provided you with solutions. You asked for a refund. And gave us a 1 star rating. What support should we provide in these beyond reasonable conditions? Just asking, nothing more.
The last thing I want to do is cause you problems. I have a client who invested in your theme, mainly based on the transitions...but we are stuck, we can't get the wordpress plugins to work without sacrificing the key transitional features of your site.
I ask you this kindly, can you please talk to your developers and see if there is a way to make the ajax loading work more efficiently with plugins. Maybe there is a way to register plugins on the frontpage that doesn't involve any of those plugins elements being physically visable. I'm no coder, however I've been in IT and media for 30 years and know there are always ways to solve problems, you just need to be creative.
I am happy to give you better feedback, I just need you guys to think a bit more about the problems..Give us something to work with.....that gives us some progress..
We provided a simple solution on how to register plugins on the frontpage. We can also show you how if you provide wp admin access in a private comment.
You either remove your rating so we can resume support work or plz remove the theme from your site in case you want a refund.
Hi,
Please navigate from the Arturo Alvarez Lighting tile to the arturo alvarez portfolio page. You'll notice that there is a brochure image link in the middle of the text. This image link is broken.
However, if you navigate to the page itself https://beyondbespoke.com.au/brand/arturo-alvarez-lighting/
the image loads.
Is this an ajax issue?
Is there a fix please?
Hi there,

AJAX loading and WPBakery
Thank you.
