When I go to my WordPress DASHBOARD a notification appears saying I need to activate the WPBakery Page Builder?

can you send us wp admin access in a private comment?
You can use WPBakeryBuilder or the classic editor, whichever you prefer.
Some WPBakeryBuilder elements are not compatible with AJAX loading.

On your admin dashboard it says all plugins are up to date.
So, yes, the plugin has been updated to the latest version.
Activation refers to the full license mentioned in my prev comment
