When I go to my WordPress DASHBOARD a notification appears saying I need to activate the WPBakery Page Builder?

Also what is the recommended way of editing the pages, should I use elementor or the built in Wordpress editor?

can you send us wp admin access in a private comment?
You can use WPBakeryBuilder or the classic editor, whichever you prefer.
Some WPBakeryBuilder elements are not compatible with AJAX loading.

So, yes, the plugin has been updated to the latest version.
Activation refers to the full license mentioned in my prev comment
