Affected Theme is ELEVEN (sorry for posting here under twelve, apparently there's no support queue for Eleven?)

So...Everything is up-to-date in WP (all themes/plugins) and no warnings whatsoever in the backend. It has been working ok for months (years).
A few weeks ago we started having more and more issues, to the point that now the site is not usable anymore. Our main issues:

• Menu is not working anymore (Chrome)..you can click on items but nothing will happen.
• Overlays and portfolio open a black window and won't load the content (all tested browsers).

I guess some module/plugin needs an update, any chances that you can support us?
