I don't need to update the constructor. And the theme itself has never been updated, although at least you have errors in css, it is not worth the comma then the bracket.
What are the errors in CSS, can you tell us? Missing a comma and a bracket in style.css? Is this what is about. Where exactly have you found this, which tool reported it?
