Hello you change the icon property of the shortcode. the class of the icon for example (fa fa-envelope)

You go here,
https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icons/
click on an icon and you will see the class name there. for example
https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icon/envelope
