I purchased Wizzaro through Themeforest and the WPBakery plugin's version included in the theme package is out of date. When trying to update it through WordPress, it says "Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder.".
The Wp Bakery Page Builder (formerly known as Visual Composer) is shipped with the theme and has a shared license. This is why we are able to offer it for free. However, you don't have access to automatic updates.
You will either have to buy a full license or contact us to update it. We periodically release theme updates which contain the latest version of the plugin as well.
So if you can provide wp admin access we can upgrade to it to the latest.
