Hi Angela,
You should try adding a slider from a plugin such as RevSlider
Or a project slider such as in here:
http://clapat-themes.com/wordpress/newave/newave_portfolio/newave/

Using Visual Composer element Project Slider or using plain text shortcode:

Hi Support,
I would like to create a product page like this instead: http://clapat.ro/themes/newave-wordpress3/wine-production/
How can i go about doing it? I dont seem to have the template in the system

In the page content add

<div class="parallax" style="background-image: url("http://clapat.ro/themes/newave-wordpress3/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/grapess.jpg"); background-position: 50% -408px;">
<div class="container">
// content here
</div>
</div>

Notice the div class="parallax" with background image. I attach the page content
