Hi, I just downloaded this theme last week and assumed it would work with the latest version of WP, however, the theme can't seem to link with the child theme that I created.  I tested it with previous versions of WP, and it does link with version 4.6, however, the fullscreen slider does not work with this version, so I then tried it with version 4.0 and then everything seems to work.  This is a problem for me because I need the theme to work with Yoast for SEO purposes, please could you confirm if 1. you will update the theme to work with the latest version of WP and 2. how I can work around this in the meanwhile.

Thanks for your reply.  I just deleted everything and reinstalled it all and it seems to be working now.
