I'm not sure. I had some CSS styling done on the site to allow the images to be full width (same width as header). I then got some tweaks done to the barrio slider, so the nav arrows are always turned on. So I don't know if any of that has effected the margins and padding on the images. Also when I view it on mobile it seems to be bleeding of the left.
I attached some screenshots with mark-ups to show the issues.

Having issues with margin and padding on images placed in rows. Shouldn't they all be equal. The images I've imported are all the same size.

Just to clarify , the left side of the page has also the nav bar so it looks like the content it's shifted to the right, is that the case?
