Hi ! I tried Typing Effect plugin, but it won't work on titles because it gives only PHP or shortcode. Any idea of how I could make this text effect in main page title ? Thank you for your help.

and if i can swap the Hero Caption Subtitle with the Hero Caption Title.

Can you give us more details about the animation because in the example you sent we could not really relate to any animation.
To swap hero sub title with title, you can open /sections/hero_section_container.php
and move line 30
<div class="hero-title"><?php echo wp_kses_post( $tetriz_hero_properties->caption_title ); ?></div>
