actually it it the Eleven Theme, i am using, but that was no option in the categories. The problem I have is, that the toggle function stopped working. Can't say if it was the latest Wordpress update, but when I click on the Toggle Title, nothing happens anymore. Please, can you provide help? Here is how I implemented it and how it worked absolutely fine until now.

If you are writing about the HTML template plz contact the author directly via his envato profile page - we are only dealing with support for WordPress themes.
Really? This is your answer to a client? Not even trying to help? There must be more people, having this problem. At least you could have said if the code is done right and that the problem lies anywhere else.
