We just redesigned our logo and i uploaded a new jpg and png version of it, same size as the previous one... went to appearance > theme options > header options > logo - third version > upload... the new logo is in the media area and it loads into the header options but as soon as i navigate to another area of the cms and go back to the header options the logo is gone ... i cant get the logo to be visible anymore... do i need to update to wordpress 4.9.1?
This can be fixed by updating Newave to the latest however I'm not sure about the way you made changes in the theme: is it with child theme entirely. Theme options? have you modified the theme files?
Less headaches for you would be to provide FTP access and we can fix the error. (it's related with https)
