Hello,
My video slider background isn't working. I have a self-hosted file, www.thisisbien.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/bien_reel.mp4 and can't get it to work. See screenshot attached.

Thanks so much, I'm willing to pay for support on these 3 items.

Hello there is no print screen attached.
Have you tried specifying links to both .webm and .mp4 formats?
What is the video slide name?

Hello, thanks for the response. I just tried the .webm format as well, no dice. I confirmed both the URL paths to the videos work. Screenshot attached.

The slider is set at the home page, could that have something to do with it? http://staging2.thisisbien.com/
