Hi, I have the same problem. I just bought Cubez Theme and all I see is a black screen, Mozilla and Chrome. Sometimes after 10 refreshes and back button I can see the page I'm building but already frustrated. :)
Sure, I sent it. Few more info about this problem. I re-started from scratch. I reinstalled WP and start working with Cubez. No problems for a while but when I added custom google fonts to Hover Box Settings>use custom fonts I got the black screen again. I deactivated it and it worked fine after. This morning, surprise, everything is black.
PS I have no Widget space in Appearance. I don't know when that happened, on wp install or theme install.

Update:
1. I replaced jquery 1.4. 2. with 3.2.1. It worked fine in Chrome and Firefox but not In Firefox developer. Sounds like a browser cache but I cleared it before and after going back to jquery 1.4.2.
It does look like a js error. if you open the browser console you may see the error messages there (usually caused by a third party plugin or libraries conflict)
But it was a clean install. New WP and only the plugins incorporated in the Cubez theme.
jQuery v3.2.1 gives this error: TypeError: f.getClientRects is not a function (and some Cubez functions don't work)
jQuery v1.12.4 gives this error: Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated. Use defaultPrevented instead. (black screen in mozilla and after few f5 it works in Chrome)

I uninstalled chrome and firefox, clear all residual data and seems to work after reinstall. The theme will probably be buggy on older browsers. I don't know that to think. I'll let you know if the problem reappears.
