I would like the description and linkedin icon to be moved down on the two team members on the right. The descriptions should not be seen unless you hover, and the linkedin icons should align with the one under Stacy Blain.
Because Stacy's title is much longer than the other two I am having trouble getting everything to format correctly. Please advice.

Yes, only the first <br> works... if I add another it reverts back to original spacing.

Much better, however there should be 3 people in the first row and 2 below. Currently they are stacking one by one.
Also, what went wrong? Would like to prevent this from happening in the future and be able to fix it myself.
I can see you sorted it out, there was a missing enclosing [/team] tag that was needed to complete the team members shortcode
