However I think you misunderstood my question, I don't mean to ask how to set up the style but.how to add that function/ feature in the project page....because right now I have a project page under Default Template and i don't know how to add that navigation link feature "Next project" at the end of the page..

Ok, I see. The Next Project navigation is available only in the Portfolio Project pages not in the individual pages.
