Visual composer dosen't seems to be activate and it say that I need to activate it. You theme say that I'm suppose to have a shortcode generator, where is that feature?

Hello Alex,
Visual Composer shipped with the theme has a shared license. That means it has all the features except the one enumerated in the screenshot.
So you don't need to buy a new license, you can use it as is.
