1. I receive an 404 error when clicking on Shopping Cart icon.
The template does not find the appropiate page for Cart. You should have a page named Cart, using Cart template layout, and with this link simplehosting/cart2. How do i manage my invoices ?
Right under SH Admin Panel (right under Dashboard) you will find a menu named Orders. From here you can mange / view / download / delete / set paid any invoice created. (Note the invoices will still remaing on sh/invoice folder)3. How do i replicate demo slider ?
Replicating the demo slider is very easy.
You have all the images already included in demo content .zip, and you have to recreate the slides manually using revolution slider interface, which is very easy, and also has its own documentation (revolution slider). I had attached some screenshots and a short video overview of setup. Also you can import all setings for slider using import function of revolution slider, and importing the file attached (main.txt). We will try to find a way to replicate the content easier.

The easiest way is to replace icon file you can find on THEME DIRECTORY/images/logo.png with one that you want. This must be transparent for best results.5. Why i cant change secondary template color ?
First be sure that you follow the corect steps. Go to SH Admin > General settings > Custom website color - click on field. You can insert the color in hex code manually or you can use the collor picker, and click on color fountain (lower right side), dont forget to check Update color palette on save, and Save settings.
If the color does not change check, if you have writing permission on color.css file located in simple-hosting/dynamic foloder6. Canot see / open invoices.
Be sure that you have writing permision for this folder simplehosting/sh/invoices. - this is the place where all invoices are created, and stored, also the invoices are generated in .pdf format, make sure that you have a .pdf reader installed.7. How to create a Personal Hosting Plan page ?
For creating a Personal Hosting Plan page, and the apropiate tables follow this steps.
1. Set up the apropiate field for table - from SH Admin > Hosting package flelds , you can add / delete fields, and dont forget to save.
2. Add a new page and select the apropiate Template - for example Personal Hosting Packages list (for Personal Hosting). - save it
3. Go to Personal menu, on the left side and go to Add new to add your package, on the right side you will see a metabox, containg the filelds, and price (without currency) for your package, edit the fields, publish.
4. Repeate the last step for each package (up to 5).8. Can not see / open invoices receiving a 404 page error
